Rollati's menu is a love letter to Italian-American cuisine, embracing the iconic dishes of Italy’s many regions, as well as those that developed in Italian kitchens across America. Guests will find familiar favorites alongside market driven dishes inspired by seasonal ingredients from local farmers and seafood purveyors, or the occasional nod to a modern pantry.     The service provided by Lawrence was excellent. He guided us through the menu, however the food was meh. The octopus was blend not authentic Mediterranean. I would definitely give it another try next time but I was not impressed. I know it’s a new restaurant and they probably still working things out. The best drink was the peanut butter.

    I recently dined at Rollati Ristorante with my team, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was exceptional, with perfectly portioned dishes that were just right—not too overwhelming. The standout for us was the thousand-layer lasagna, which was absolutely delicious and beautifully made. The clam pizza was another highlight—so flavorful and well-executed. For dessert, we had the tiramisu cake, which was a pleasant surprise. It wasn’t overly sweet, striking the perfect balance and rounding off the meal perfectly. The ambiance of the restaurant is stunning, with a beautifully designed space that adds to the overall dining experience. On top of that, the service was excellent—attentive and friendly throughout the time we were there. We loved every bit of our time at Rollati Ristorante and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend this place for a memorable meal.

    We had a exceptional birthday dinner for my daughter’s 8th bday. The view, food, ambiance, service… all remarkable and unforgettable. Our server is very knowledgeable about the history of the restaurant. He even sang a Happy Birthday song twice (French and English). Definitely a place to be for intimate and private dinner. Highly recommended

    Hailey was our server. She was great. Gave lots of food recommendations and very insightful. Hope everyone can get yourself a ‘Hailey’ when you come here. Food was great, a little salty buti think it was just an accumulation of everything on our plate. Prime rib is bomb. Dont skip out on it.

    Delicious dinner and wonderful service. What more can I say? The room is beautiful in one of the most beautiful buildings in San Jose. I have been going here for many years and it is still my favorite restaurant.
