Well everything looked absolutely delicious, sadly almost every dish was under salted/seasoned. The first dish that came out, the hamachi was so bland, without a hint of salt, I figured that maybe the finishing salt was accidentally missed on our plates and that the next dishes wouldn't suffer the same misfortune but sadly that wasn't the case - The lobster soup tasted so bland although it had so much potential to be excellent. At this point I actually had to go get a salt shaker from one of the wait staff for our table. I can't remember the last time that I had to salt any of my food in a restaurant. The chorizo calamari pasta had saltiness from the chorizo but sadly the sauce tasted like there was no seasoning and it whatsoever. I was really excited about this meal and drove an hour and a half only to have left feeling a little disappointed especially after paying a very large bill. The restaurant is beautiful! Especially right now st Christmas time. They had a stunning chandelier style Christmas decoration hanging from the ceiling on the waterfront area. I usually have a salad c with grilled chicken when we go out bc we go out every week. They don’t really have a good selection of salads. I had a Caesar. My husband’s stuffed shrimp were very good. It’s a bit expensive. But overall really nice place to eat.

If you have experienced Kowloon in Saugus you will love it here. The food is similar but better because it is cooked to order and presentation is perfect! Staff was friendly. The only thing that would have made it perfect would have been if they acknowledged my occasion since open table asked and I did say we were there for a birthday celebration.
