Our inspiration comes from memory, of travels we’ve taken - it is the thread that helps us bind our creation. Wolf’s is the laboratory where inspiration turns to creation, creation is stitched into a form that when examined takes guests on the creators' journey of exploration. But the quest to create comes not for the supplication of an audience, but for the continual introspective pursuit of pushing the boundaries of what we know as possible.

If you are booking an earlier reservation (up to 7:15pm) please be mindful of our need to reseat your table with later reservations. If you would like to dine for longer than the time listed for your party size when you book, please either take a later reservation or you are more the welcome to call us to chat about options. If you are unable to find the reservation you are looking for, don't hesitate to call us directly! If we are fully booked, you are always welcome to call ahead (5-10 minutes out) for any available seats to dine at our bar or last-minute openings. If you are running late or if your reservation plans change at all, please call. We can only hold your table for up to 10 minutes without hearing from you. Ciao e benvenuti a Voghera!At Voghera we proudly showcase the culinary refinement of Northern Italian cuisine, with a focus on Milanese traditional dishes. Our small menu is inspired by the seasons and reflects the products availability of that time of the year.     Great Italian place in Denver, with some unique twists on dishes (duck confit pasta, bison ragu). Staff was friendly and service was quick. It’s a small space, though, so reservations are definitely recommended and it can get a little noisy.

    The food was delicious. The fatty tuna was exquisite. Cocktails were good. The Hakuto had more of a smoke taste than I’d like, but yummy still. Next time I would skip cocktails and order more food. The crab fried rice was perfectly crispy and it was a nice large portion. The crispy scallops roll was incredible, and the Wagyu Tartare was perfect.

    Sputino is consistently the best male have ever had. I am almost emotional about the pasta dishes we had this time. The dishes are inspired and full of flavor. The staff is knowledgeable and genuinely seem happy to be a part of something truly special. Sputino and the team that creates the experience we had deserve to be recognized for excellence. Thank you for a wonderful night!

    We've tried to get a table here for years and on a whim got on open table for my wife's birthday. Our experience and expectations were exceeds! Service impeccable, food a great adventure, and expert wine pairings. This is worth a special occasion splurge.
