At Flames Brazilian Steakhouse we are proud to serve the authentic Brazilian “Churrasco” where different tender cuts meat seasoned and roasted to perfection are brought to you, one at at time, by our Gauchos in large vertical skewers. Show time starts when you flip your token to the green side, indicating you are ready for the surprise.     My fiancé and I really enjoyed our meal at scratch kitchen. We were in no for a wedding and wanted to try it out. The shrimp and grits were excellent and Mr fiancé really enjoyed his pork chop as well. We were getting on a plane the next morning and we so disappointed that we couldn’t take boxes with us to go to have the left overs the next day. I would recommend this place if anyone is going to be in the Jersey shore area. Great ambience and wonderful food. But make a reservation for sure !! I didn’t realize how small the dinning room was. I am glad I made a reservation instead of just popping in.

    Our waiter And servers were professional and pleasant. The food was excellent. My pork chop was delicious! The pistachio martini was also excellent. There was a fairly large table toward the back of the room that was extremely loud. That was the only negative part of our experience.

    Party of 6 for Christmas Eve. Dinner was fantastic. It was busy but the service was great. Great ambience and lighting. Curated cocktails. Noise was well controlled. Food was the star of the show. We were there at night so I can't wait to go back for lunch to see the views of the ocean from the dining room.

    We had a great Christmas Eve dinner! The drinks were great. The hot antipasto app was amazing. Very accommodating to our children. Great spot and always consistent.
