Cielo, is a Steak and Seafood Restaurant that celebrates a distinctly comfortable, Californian approach to fine dining.     This was our first time at Soboba, went for dinner and show, it was outstanding in all respects: Menu had excellent choices, we had the lobster, salmon, and steak, it was all exceptional. Place is immaculate, and the show was great. Cant wait to have another outing there.

    I was able to book almost 2 weeks out. The staff had my info, comments and were ready. Did not wait for anything, staff was on it. Appetizer came out quick, food took a reasonable amount of time and the quality was great. Appetizers and sides were portioned properly. Drinks were great, had a Bad Apple old fashion. 👍 Wine list was a bit short, was hoping for more options but I did have an Austin Hope Cab which was excellent with my meal. I will definitely recommend this steakhouse.
