Umi Sake House is a unique Japanese cuisine restaurant in the Belltown area of Seattle featuring the highest quality seafood available in the Northwest, a large izakaya-style tapas menu, and boasting a sake list of over 60 imported Japanese bottles. The interior is multi-faceted, with a black slate tiled traditional dining room, a gorgeous 14 person capacity wooden sushi bar, a semi private "tatami" room which holds 12 people, a larger 25 person private dining room, an enclosed "back patio" casual dining room complete with tropical garden, a black concrete liquor bar with custom sake cocktails and fusion traditional cocktails. The variety of atmospheres allows for a different experience with every visit, and the vastness and quality of the menu does the same. For the budding sake enthusiast or the seasoned veteran, the sake menu at Umi is bottle for bottle the best found anywhere outside of Japan!

Palace Kitchen offers an open kitchen concept to allow guests to watch the chefs at work. Settle in for dinner at one of the booths or our horseshoe shaped bar with low, intimate lighting and enjoy fresh, seasonal food that is served late into the night. Diners at Palace Kitchen love the whole trout, rotisserie chicken and burger royale that are grilled over the apple wood grill in house.Palace Kitchen offers late night dining with a full menu until 12:00am and bar until 1:00am.     You have to know what you are looking for or use GPS to find the Pink Door. It has a speakeasy feel to it. Loved the ambiance and everything about the place. We ate in the lounge where the entertainment was, which was great. For a more formal experience try the dining room at the back. It has the views. The Pink Door offers a wonderful evening of food and entertainment. Our server Dina was great.

    As always, Lola was great. I love the food. We went mid-day to permit folks to order from both the breakfast and lunch menus. I love the dinner menu and will have to get back soon for that.

    I went to La Fontana Sicilana for the first time in over 30 years! The ambiance was how I remembered it. Super sweet and quaint. The staff were amazing. Ray our server was tentative, kind, knowledgeable. He made it a memorable experience for my sisters and especially me! We were a party of six so we were able to try many options on the menu which all did not disappoint. If I had to say one thing I would change, it would be to not overcook the gnocchi! A smidge mushy, but still amazing in flavor. Thank you for bringing my memory and youth back! Love that you haven't changed a thing. Why change a Michelangelo:)
