ZEST is the second venture for the owners of Grille 3501, an upscale casual restaurant which has sustained continued growth and success for over 20 years. Located on the 6th floor of the Gateway Building on the South Side of Bethlehem, ZEST has had the honor of being awarded the Lehigh Valley's favorite rooftop of 2021, favorite atmosphere of 2020, and favorite new restaurant of 2019. Chef Justin Cogan brings New American cuisine to life with signature dishes including braised beef short ribs and crab & mango spring rolls. The views whether you choose to sit indoors or outdoors are unparalleled. The 130 seat balcony lets you take in the sights of the southside like the steel stacks, Fahy and Hill to Hill bridges, and Bethlehem city hall in the distance. They were the local, social and political hubs that spawned the thinking that led to the American Revolution. Tavern at the Sun Inn continues in this tradition offering a Colonial-inspired Seasonal food and beverage menu in a truly unique gathering spot.Tavern’s culinary team is led by Billy Gruenewald. He offers a casual tavern-style menu that changes to match what is seasonally available and features some ingredients that would have been available to Bethlehem’s founders. Dinner is served on the Sun Inn’s second floor and light fare and drinks outdoors on the beautiful North Green when the weather permits. Outdoor seating is first come first serve.

We had the classic hamburgers and they were prepared perfectly. Our server, Noah, was very knowledgeable, personable, attentive and excellent. Will definitely return and highly recommend Urban Table.

We arrived on time and was immediately seated. The hostess was helpful and friendly. The servers were friendly and knowledgeable, answering all questions. Service was prompt and efficient. But the most important is the food was great, taste was excellent and appearance and presentation was spectacular.

I love this place !! My family and i come here all the time . The service is exceptional . Its my go to favorite . I always enjoy it and the owners were nice and so humble and gave us a little xtra dippings !! Since we have been coming here for a while. I appreciated that so much ! Thank you ♥️ and btw the drinks are the best of best here . The servers are sooooo nice and professional aswell ! Thank you !!
