The snapper was sweet and juicy, perfectly cooked, and seasoned to perfection, standing in stark contrast to the often tasteless and dry fish found elsewhere. The strawberry Eton mess was beautifully presented and perfectly balanced, ending the meal on a high note. We had some issues with Uber Per and one of the staff members (I think it was Joel) came to ask us if everything was okay.
