Embargo is open and is the place to be on Cape Cod, featuring a chic and sophisticated atmosphere with amazing food and handcrafted cocktails. Our menu features dry aged steaks cooked to perfection, mouth watering tapas, and of course, fresh local seafood. Each meal becomes an event when shared with friends and family!PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO HIGH DEMAND, we do not guarantee reservations for outdoor patio seating. Tables are sat on a first come, first serve basis. If you have a reservation and request outdoor seating, you may endure a brief waiting period. All reservations are held for 10 minutes and will be considered cancelled without a phone call. Please also note we only take reservations for dining tables only.

In 1992, thrown together on Cape Cod by political circumstances none of them could have predicted, four young Yugoslavs founded Pain D'Avignon.Their goal was to recreate the Old World Traditions using baking techniques and recipes barely changed in centuries. Their founding principle: fine breads deserve to be at the center of the dining experience, not a mere afterthought. At their Hyannis bakery, the timeless art of bread making is both revered and respected. Everyday salt, flour and filtered water are combined – like the bakers themselves – with a distinctly European flavor.

We are a Caribbean restaurant located downtown Hyannis at 662 Main St. We are open to the public Sunday-Thursday 4PM-9PM, Fridays and Saturdays 11AM-9PM.     We were so excited when the Roadhouse Cafe reopened with new owners. They have done an outstanding job of keeping the quality of dining and service on the same level. Food choices were excellent. Preparation was perfect. Service was outstanding. We purposely chose to visit an evening that they have a jazz group performance. Outstanding! A wonderful evening.

    Enrique was our server. From the moment we entered we were greeted warmly and given the option of where we wanted to sit. We chose a cosy nook by the piano. Everything was wonderful! The food—beyond!! The service was excellent! Enrique was perfectly attentive! This was a beautiful way to start our Sunday. We can see ourselves dining here frequently in the future!

    Visiting Hyannis from out of state and decided to try Embargo. Definitely one of the best decisions ever. Drinks, food and service were some of the best we've ever experienced. Would make a trip back just to go there again. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and try Embargo.
