Bar George is located in a historic building in downtown Montreal. The food, service and ambiance were impeccable. We went for brunch and were excited to taste several of the French inspired offerings that were available to us. I had a delicious French lobster omelette, potatoes and frogs legs on the side. My wife had a breakfast pastry platter with a scrambled egg on the side. Our server was very attentive and made sure we were totally satisfied with our meal which was wonderful. I highly recommend Bar George.

Top resto in Canada I was told. It didnt disappoint. A very unique experience and every bite was delightful. The staff was attentive and guessed our groups nuances perfectly, pairing wine to the personalities and even upsizing a portion of a dish she knew we would love on order. The pink salad was impressive. It isnt cheap, yet I feel it was worth the splirge and will try to come back.

Absolutely wonderful all around. Food and ambience were incredible. Had an early res with our toddler daughter who was extremely fussy. The staff was so kind and accommodating, especially our waiter. I did not get his name but he was fantastic. My wife and I plan to come back to Montreal for a weekend alone and will absolutely be back for a date night. Highly recommend.

Notre serveuse était super gentille. J’aurais aimé qu’elle nous parle de la promo sur la bouteille de vin à moitié prix dès notre arrivée . Ce qui nous aurait permis de prendre la bouteille immédiatement avant de commander un apéro. J’ai commandé le veau et celui-ci était fade et il n’était pas tendre. Il avait des morceaux durs.
