The Ring O’ Bells is located in the heart of the picturesque Cheshire village Christleton. Recently extended & fully refurbished to the highest standard the unique plush interior creates a fabulous ambience and compliments the pubs picturesque surroundings.The addition of The Glasshouse, a contemporary new extension, gives an exciting dimension to the pub, creating a spectacular dining environment perfect for hosting any special event. In the warmer months its fully retractable doors create the ideal inside/outside space. The restaurant has also been given a fresh new look creating a vibrant place to dine. For main meals, the new spring/summer menu includes wonderful seasonal dishes such as Orchiette Pasta with Fennel Sausage, Wild Broccoli & Shaved Scamorza and Roasted Rack of Lamb with Fondant Potato, alongside established favourites like hand-stretched stone-baked pizzas and Sunday roasts. Alfresco drinking & dining is also well catered for – when weather permits.

Lunch Menu - Two Courses for £30 / Three Courses for £35We are an independent restaurant in the heart of Chester offering microseasonal dining with menus designed around what's growing on our farm in Daresbury. Menus change every four to six weeks. Happy Hour is available in our lounge from 4-6pm on Thursday-Saturday with "Two for £15" Cocktails, wine and beer specials. Please note we are currently card-only and unable to accept cash. Meat / Game / Pescatarian / Vegetarian / Vegan / GF / DF- - -If your preferred time is not available please make a note on your reservation and we will try our best to accommodate you in the event of a cancellation. Standing out from the crowd, our 400-seater restaurant is housed in a grand Grade II listed building featuring a distinct neoclassical Greek façade and mixes an industrial look with a touch of opulence inside. Opera Grill brings theatre on a grand scale to Chester. At the heart of our menu is the theatre charcoal grill and wood-burning ovens, inspired by revered chefs and restaurants from around the world.     This was our first visit to Chefs Table and from the warm welcome we received as we arrived it was clear we were going to have a really enjoyable evening. The food was fantastic ,very innovative and wonderful flavours and the decision on which dish to choose was very difficult as all sounded delicious !!! The service was superb with all the waiters fully engaged and very knowledgeable whether the food or wine . We will certainly be back as it was a memorable meal.

    My partner and I had a lovely afternoon at Sticky Walnut. Really loved the feel of this restaurant. Food and wine was exceptional. Been wanting to visit this place for a few years and finally decided to go over on the train from Sandbach today to celebrate my partners Birthday 🎂 To end the meal they brought over a Happy Birthday dessert which was very sweet 🥰. Definitely will visit again

    Our experience at Piccolinos -Chester is always of the highest quality . The staff are always warm and welcoming and although it’s becoming incrementally more expensive-the food is always of the highest quality both in taste and presentation.
