The menu is inspired by the flavors and cuisines of Latin America, the Caribbean, and Spain and offers items ranging from tapas to full entrees. Del Alma brings its passion for the vibrant flavors of Latin America and pairs them with the offerings of the Pacific Northwest, using fresh ingredients from local markets, farms, and ranches. The bar hosts an array of libations ranging from south-of-the-border classics to contemporary cocktails, plus an interesting and food-friendly wine list featuring both Old and New World selections. Prix-fixe dinner specials are available on Wednesdays and pairing dinners are regularly featured.

Marche, located in Eugene, Oregon, opened in August 1998. The restaurant, which seats 80 guests, has an exhibition kitchen featuring a beautiful wood-fired oven. There is also a stylish bar and a large outdoor dining area, covered with awnings and umbrellas and surrounded by a garden of herbs and edible flowers. Marche takes its name from the French word for market – a word that describes our location in the bustling 5th street Market and more importantly, our philosophy of cooking. The menu is based on the foods one would find at a farmer’s market: fresh, seasonal, and regional. Marche is committed to using only those ingredients that are at their best, so our menu evolves as we move through the seasons of the year.     Just another great dining experience at Vault 244!! The drinks were awesome and the food was very good. My wife had the sea bass and I had the top sirloin. I will say that my steak was great, but the sweet potato and potato mash was under seasoned. Still, a wonderful anniversary dinner!!

    The atmosphere was very nice. Everything was spotless and the table set very elegantly. They even put a lovely note on the table wishing me a Happy Birthday. We ordered the Kennedy steak and it was very good. My husband ordered the exact same thing and there was a little mixup on the steaks as his was MR and mine was supposed to be MW. He got the well done and I got the MR. We just swapped. It's hard to keep two orders straight when you order the same thing. The waitress was very attentive. Never missed a beat. We had food very quickly and the presentation was exceptional. The side dishes are larger than I anticipated and enough for two diners to easily share. The desert... just wow. The butter cake or whatever that thing is called was absolute perfection. I'd go back just for that and drinks. Skip the food. Have the desert. Overall a very pleasant dining experience.

    Awesome experience! Got seated right on time. Service exceptional. Caesar salad had right amount of dressing. One of better ones I have tasted. Tomahawk Steak cooked to perfection (Medium Rare). Cocktails and wine paired perfectly. Waitress brought my wife (birthday) a warm Blackberry Cobbler ala mode:-)
