Time and space are easily forgotten when journeying to lands such as Japan and Peru. Muña is a simple and magical plant, used in Peru to relieve the ills associated with high altitude. It is the ideal ally for living in the mountains and venturing to summits. It is therefore entirely logical that the Peruvian and Asian-inspired restaurant at the AlpenGold Hotel should bear its name.

With the construction of the Stübli in 1942, the great-grandson of the founder A. Gredig III created a place where enjoyment is lived and celebrated. In accordance with this long tradition, modern French and European cuisine par excellence is offered in today's Stübli. Here you will find light seasonal dishes as well as classic Swiss cuisine reinterpreted by chef Evangelos Tzakos. His career is outstanding: he is a citizen of the world and has worked in numerous countries. Among others in the 3-star Michelin restaurant Azurmendi in Spain. Before coming to Stübli this winter he worked at Sheen Falls Lodge 5* in Ireland. He pays homage to culinary art par excellence. His kitchen produces menus that have a high Gault Millau level.
