It wasn’t just the delicious food selection, and how it was cooked, or the impeccable service received, or the festive decorations, but the whole experience which truly captured the spirit of Christmas for us. From the second we entered, until the moment of leaving, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Even the Christmas carollers were wonderful touch!! Thank you very much to all the staff at Black Hide. We were asked to use QR codes and had limited interactions with waiting staff so the rating is only 3 for service (which is still “good”). Food was fabulous as always.
