Salt's name comes its Salthill locale - which itself was derived from salt works that were once here - plus the nearby sea and, of course, the seasoning. The Purty Kitchen was just great. The staff were very helpful and even let us change table, the food was excellent, and the Atmosphere lovely with the music down at a good level so that you could chat properly. I'll definitely be back!

The staff couldn't have done more to help us celebrate my sister's birthday. Thank you so much and the food is beyond good. I really recommend the chocolate brownie. Ambience is gorgeous too.
