Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house.     We had a really nice time. The ambiance is great. The servers were so very attentive. I’m pretty sure I ordered the Rockfish and got the Halibut, so that makes it hard to give them 5 stars. Also, the fish was a little tougher than I expected. But all the food generally tasted great and seemed well prepared. The apps were amazing.

    Had a delicious girls night out! Holiday decor was cheerful, meal delicious, server kind. Cute cocktail names however we chose a bottle of wine instead. This has been on my “to go” list for quite a while and definitely worth it!

    Everything was so incredible. I will definitely be coming back with my family. The ambience the food. The service were 10 out of 10. It’s a beautiful restaurant to celebrate. If you have an occasion you’re celebrating or just for a date night. I definitely recommend recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a special place to dine. All of the staff from the front to those that were waiting on us at our table were absolutely incredible. Customer service is a huge deal for me so to have such incredible people waiting on us making us feel special was wonderful.
