Lorenzo’s features Northern Italian fare with a touch of contemporary flavor. Look to our menu for some of the classics as well as some modern Italian cuisine less prevalent on The Hill. Look forward to experiencing the authentic house-made gnocchi and risottos; or our signature dish, braised Ossobuco; our guests' ever favorite, Chicken Spedini; or a couple of the staff favorites, the Grilled Barramundi or Fabulous Veal Picatta. Dominic and Jackie Galati purchased Dominic's on the Hill in 1971 and moved in above the restaurant. Within two years, Dominic began winning national awards and has continued to do so for the last 40 years. This is an exceptional restaurant with fine Italian cuisine, professional, friendly service, & an extensive wine list. Dominic oversees the kitchen,and the menu includes fresh seafood, veal, tenderloin, lamb, and many other choices. The restaurant has a Florentine atmosphere, with low lighting, white tablecloths, & classic oil paintings.     We do Charlie Gitto's every Christmas Eve...late seating. This year the knocked out of of the park. Wine Steward have excellent advice for our tastes and the Filet Nunzio was simply the best... with the added sautéed mushrooms. Service was friendly and attentive and having fun on Christmas Eve. A real treat.

    Love 801Chop for Christmas Eve dinner with my family. The staff is very responsive but not overly attentive. The bartenders are professional and friendly and make delicious cocktails. The food is excellent and served timely. Love the location. The patrons are festive and friendly. The disaster of our initial seating was averted by us requesting to move away from the raucously loud 4 top table to a booth where everyone was happy!!

    Great restaurant. Very clean and the staff was fantastic. They knew what we needed before we even had a chance to ask for it. The sticky cauliflower is amazing. The scallops and the fish and chips were fantastic. All the breading on the food items was light and crunchy (exactly how fried items should be enjoyed). The mac and cheese is probably the best I've ever had. And well the beef wellington needs no introduction. Great place with even better food.

    Top notch as expected. Beautiful place, staff and servings. I had the escargot, cassoulet, and floating island, my husband had the braised beef, and profiteroles. Everything was amazing. I drank a le crusta and something excellent off the seasonal, don’t recall the name, and he scotch. Nothing was any less than expected and I had high expectations. We will be back.
