Life is too short to eat bad pizza, and that’s why we believe that beauty, excellence and love are meant to be shared, and what’s better way to convey love then through a good pizza. So here at Calabria Brick-Oven Pizzeria we create something truly special that would allow the world to try authentic pizza. Our pizza dough is made from scratch daily using an old recipe and cold fermented up to 72 hours, giving it time to develop a unique flavor. Our pizzas are 100% handmade to order and baked in our brick wood fire oven at a heat of around 750°F to 850° F degrees. This intense blast of heat locks in all the natural flavors, creating a soft and chewy in the middle and charred crust on the outside. Calabria Brick-Oven Pizzeria is the perfect atmosphere – whether it be a business lunch, date night, a large family celebration, or corporate event.     Had such a wonderful evening! The food was delicious. Drinks were festive and yummy. And the atmosphere was more than I’d hoped for! Really got us in the Christmas spirit!

    Wow!! The best service we have received in Nashville. They went above and beyond to make our anniversary/promotion celebration dinner one to remember. I called beforehand to request champagne to toast at the table and they already had it covered. On the way there, my car broke down which made us an hour late (yes we left the car and still went to dinner…lol). I spoke w the host multiple times are she was SO helpful and reassuring that our table would be waiting for us….it was. When we got there, they were just as concerned about our car as we were, and just as happy about our anniversary. It was special. THEN, when ordering, we were deciding between two dishes (two different times) and our waiter actually brought both out to us as a “gift”. Great food and great service!!!

    Staff was extremely friendly and provided outstanding service. The food was phenomenal. The garlic parm wings were massive and top 5 wings I’ve ever had. The pizza was so delicious. We did half n half 16” (very large actually). First half was hot pepper and the second was mushroom. Both were delicious but the hot pepper was easily #1 or #2 all time best pizza of all places we’ve eaten.

    The food was good as always, delicious BBQ. The service was very prompt; one who seated us, waitress and manager contact. We will definitely visit again since that they are now with Open Table
