Capers & Lemons, is a restaurant serving modern versions of classic Italian fare. The dining room at Capers & Lemons seamlessly blends old and new into something all its own. The lighting and colors of the dining room evoke the sense of a classic Italian restaurant, while the decor is distinctly contemporary making diners realize this restaurant has its own vision.     I celebrated my 40th birthday yesterday and the waiter presented a menu that wished me a happy birthday from the manager. She soon followed up with complimentary glasses of champagne for me and my guests! The food was more of a culinary experience and it was some of the best food I’ve ever had in Delaware. The cocktails are prepared by mixologists/bartenders that know what they’re doing. We ordered espresso martinis and lemon drops. It was an amazing experience!

    We've been going to Capers almost every Sunday for the last several years. We sit on the beautiful, quiet, climate-contolled patio. We love all the waiters, but Rick is our favorite. My recent go-to menu items are the arugula salad and the lasagna (or Summer Corn Agnolotti in the summer). I'm hoping that they bring back Butternut Squash or Acorn Squash Agnolotti...YUM!

    Service was great when the waitress actually showed up. Menu was odd but what we ordered we liked. Would have ordered more after apps if our waitress ever returned. We called it a night and went to grab wings. Good concept poor execution.
