The Seven Stars is a 16th century country inn situated in the heart of Surrey, close to both Dorking and Reigate, with Gatwick airport seven miles away. Lovely meal, creamy hummus, tahini drizzled roasted cauliflower were really great and the pickled turnip was a surprising highlight! Great service and lovely Lebanese wine. Only complaint was that it was cold with frequent deliveroo drivers stopping by on a very cold night.

A visit to Nisou is always a treat. From the friendly welcome to the delicious food, there’s just nothing to fault. We stayed for ages just chatting after we’d finished our meal but there was no hint of them rushing us at all. Not many places are that laid back. Looking forward to the next visit now. Bring it on!

An outstanding restaurant. Superb service , really attentive waiters and the food was excellent. We ordered two dips- yoghurt and the smoked aubergine with sun dried tomatoes and the lamb ribs which were all 10/10. They had a belly dancer afterwards which was a nice end to the evening and to get us all into a festive spirit. 100% recomendable .
