With access to panoramic views of Pendle Hill, and a range of seasonal menus, created and tailored by our Chef Patron, Doug Crampton, Eight at Gazegill is the epitome of a 'farm-to-fork' restaurant, being owned by and located directly on a working organic farm, Gazegill Organics, in the Ribble Valley. Showcasing the best of the produce from the farm, which includes organic slow-reared pork and raw milk, and utilising the seasonal bounty that can be found in the surrounding hedgerows and countryside, Eight at Gazegill reconnects guests to nature through the food. Our Brunch, All-Day and Sunday Lunch menus are suitable for all, while our Friday and Saturday evening Tasting Menu offers a more grown up experience. We also have specifically designed menus which are suitable to be eaten on our outside terrace area where the addition of a large purpose-built playground makes this the perfect location for families to enjoy the sunshine.

Our food is earthy, honest and completely representative of the stunning landscape we work within, the fantastic local suppliers we use and our head chef’s dedication to creating spectacular food. If you were to take a bite out of Lancashire, this is how it would taste.Book our famous Sunday Lunch - offered every Sunday for lunch between 12.30pm - 2.30pm. Using the highest quality local meats and vegetables, this Sunday roast will leave you feeling satisfied.Afternoon tea is served between 3pm - 6pm, any bookings made before this time will be served the lunch time menu. If you would like Afternoon Tea prior to 3pm please contact the hotel on 01200 445581 and we will be able to advise if it is possible to do Afternoon Tea at your requested time.

The inn is located in the 'chocolate box' village of Wiswell, near Clitheroe, in the picturesque Ribble Valley.Since our transformation and reopening in the summer of 2009, we have created a loyal clientele and a genuine home-from-home atmosphere. Flag stone floors, walls in muted heritage colours, antique rugs and furniture, period paintings and prints all unite to create a stylish and comfortable setting. Our bar has an excellent selection of traditional cask conditioned ales from award-winning independent breweries and is complemented by a superb cellar with over 250 wines from around the world.While the surroundings and welcome are inviting, the main reason to visit is, of course, our food.

The industrial feel to Esc CC brings something a little different to Clitheroe, but don't be fooled, we are warm, welcoming and full of heart. Esc CC was founded in 2014; a mix of passion, creativity and daringness drove the development of this cafe/bar. Please note, we are not a restaurant. We offer social sharing food and lite bites to be enjoyed over drinks. We do not offer 3 course meals.

The Plough is ideally located for exploring the Yorkshire Dales and the Forest of Bowland; walkers, cyclists, rock climbers, potholers, golfers and fishermen are all welcome. The Inn is within driving distance of Settle, Clitheroe and Skipton for those wanting to visit a typical market town; lots of country clothing shops, antique stalls and cafes. The Inn offers contemporary and comfortable ensuite accommodation together with a traditional pub and restaurant. During the winter months there is a roaring fire in the fireplace to welcome visitors. There is a large secure car park for cars, motor cycles and bicycles. The Plough also caters for weddings, parties and celebrations in our conservatory which overlooks the lawns and the valley beyond.
