I’ve been to a handful of these types of steakhouses before, including the one that used to be downtown. IMO, this one has the BEST meat by far. Everything we tried was seasoned and cooked perfectly and we never waited long for another server to appear. The salad bar was not as grand as some I’ve been to but everything was delicious. It isn’t a huge space, and it is very well staffed, so we felt well taken care of. And for the price, the quality and variety can’t be beat. I almost always get the sushi feature but tonight I ordered the Snow Cod. I believe that's what it was called. Anyways, the cod was absolutely to die for! It was Christmas Eve, which can be very hectic with a lot of large parties, but drinks, dinner, refills, table clearing, dessert and check delivery were all executed flawlessly. She isvery relaxed and didn’t push us through our meal, so we had plenty of time to enjoy our dinner. As an appetizer, she recommended the Herbstreit sushi roll, which was delicious!! As always, every course is a large size, so things are quite shareable for two people.
