The redesigned rustic-meets-modern ambiance compliments the Contemporary American menu which features premium cuts of meat, ocean-fresh seafood and signature raw bar. Seasonal outdoor dining on the flagstone patio is available upon request. In 2013, Blue Bell Inn underwent extensive renovations for over a year. Various historical aspects were enhanced through thoughtful restoration and new materials such as solid white oak and porcelain tile floors were introduced to create a stunning architectural mélange spanning three centuries.

The Spring Mill Café has been serving French country fare since 1978. We're a BYO that serves lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. The historic property features the original Spring Mill general store, and the picturesque converted farmhouse. Hook & Ladder is the unexpected steakhouse you’d never thought you’d find in the historic, original firehouse of the Washington Fire Company. This is a one-of-a-kind Skybar experience allowing guests a close view of our 149 year old firehouse, bell tower and original stained glass windows. A unique cross between a chop house and Crudo bar, Hook & Ladder features Certified A5 Japanese wagyu beef that will melt in your month. Dry aged Steak offerings including 32 days dry aged Porterhouse (28oz), 32 days aged Tomahawk Ribeye (40oz) that will taste decidedly beefy, much like a rare roast beef, while also taking on subtler hints of other delicious flavors. Crudo uses the Japanese technique of curing the fish making it more tender and flavorful. Finishing it with lime, lemon, and soy; featuring Wild King Salmon, Japanese Madai, Hamachi and more. Enjoy the purest and fresh take on some classic cocktails.

    My dinner did not disappoint! The calamari was delicious, my pork chop was exactly what I had expected and have come to expect from the bluebell Inn! My dinner was capped off with a decaf espresso martini – it was wonderful! Dare, I say, that we also had the best waitress? She was great.

    I would rate this restaurant somewhere between outstanding and world class. The ingredients are fresh. The menu is creative. Everything is of top quality. Our waiter was the best I have ever encountered. It was if he read our minds. Dinners are expensive and worth every penny.

    I have eaten at Redstone's 4 times within the past year. My favorite dish is the chopped salad with rotisserie chicken! I have never been disappointed with anything I have gotten at Redstone's. Drinks are always well made and portion size for food is good, and prices are reasonable. Thank you!

    Many holiday lunches going on besides ours, so it was lively. Ambiance was beautiful, festive, and rustic. Christina was lovely, friendly, and efficient. Food was tasty and came out quickly. We all got sandwiches and amazing shoestring fries. Thank you!

    This was a wonderful surprise find on a busy Saturday night! The menu is full of interesting items (we shared the spinach artichoke drip - so yummy!)the restaurant was decorated and festive for the holidays and our server was wonderful. We will definitely be back!
