3rd Coast Fish Bar is DMK Hospitality's chef driven "fish shack" concept celebrating the freshest sustainable fish and seafood available. A Chicago-based, award winning restaurant and bar institution since 2009, DMK Burger Bar was launched following a year-long expedition across America to find the best burgers in the USA by 5-times James Beard nominated Chef Michael Kornick.     We were in town for Christmas and wanted to have a nice meal on Christmas night. Everything from the food to the service was amazing. We had the funfetti cake special that they had for Christmas and it was delicious as well. Easily the best meal we have had in a while.

    Came in for dinner after a show. we ordered two Margaritas and an alcohol free cocktail. The margarita's were huge in nice Mexican style glasses. We had the calamari which was one of the best the three of us have had. huge portions of huge tender squid with this amazing non-greasy seasoned batter. A light crunch with huge flavor along with a fresh cocktail sauce. We had the garlic pepper chicken wings and three tacos, and the shrimp Alfredo pasta. The chicken wings were tender and with a slight crisp in a nice garlic and pepper oil. Comes with carrot and celery sticks and a nice ranch sauce. The shrimp past was the winner. A huge portion size with large shrimp in a wonderful Alfredo sauce with toast crostini. Only the shrimp were overcooked and a bit tough. We look forward to returning.
