Tavern On The Green will be offering our Holiday Brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from November 30th-December 29th. This is priced at $95 per adult, $65 per child and does not include beverages or tax. A 20% gratuity will be added to all checks. Dress Code: Smart Casual. Jacket and Tie are Not Required. * We do not permit sleeveless shirts for gentlemen nor athletic/running/jogging attire for any patrons in the main restaurant. The Milling Room features seasonal New French-American cuisine, served in a sky-lit dining room and lively tavern-inspired bar in the heart of the Upper West Side.We are accepting reservations for the Main Dining Room. Our Tavern welcomes you for walk-ins.Our hours of operation for dinner are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday 5:00 pm - 9:30 pm, and Friday and Saturday 5:00 pm - 10:30 pm. We serve Brunch Saturday and Sunday 11:00 am - 3:30 pmWe have a 15-minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 10 minutes after your reservation time otherwise, we will release your table.     Golden beet salad was great and they were generous with the beets. The wild mushroom bread appetizer was phenomenal. Great sauce (almost like a stroganoff). Steak sandwich was served w an au jus and was juicy. My bride had the lobster Mac and cheese. Very buttery and rich. Perfect lunch. Despite being a little early they sat us before our reservation time. It was our anniversary and we got a special card and great complimentary dessert. Over all wonderful meal

    Wonderful lunch all around! A great table by the window overlooking Central Park. Our waiter was perfect - interesting and attentive but not intrusive. The food was delicious - squash soup, arancini with white truffles, the cauliflower steak, little gem salad with chicken, and an incredible hazelnut mousse. Just a perfect lunch.

    Awesome atmosphere, great food, and the staff was fantastic. Special shout out to Khalid during tea service and Lauren at the bar who made one of the best ever holiday specialty drinks, the “Holiday Spirt”. The doorman was especially helpful while hailing a cab and assisting with our holiday shopping bags.

    Absolutely delicious! We started out with some oysters and the truffle whipped ricotta, fantastic. We got the sirloin with the ravioli on top, some of the best steak I have ever had. It was so tender I could cut it with my fork. We also got the lobster pasta, it was mediocre but not bad. Finished with the lemon cheesecake, so yummy. We will definitely be back!

    Absolutely LOVED our first time at Carmines! From the service to the food everything was spectacular. It felt like we were part of the family and not only did Sarah, our sever, make sure we were well taken care of but everyone else who took our plates or tidied our table was so attentive and friendly. Definitely one of those core memory experiences. 10/10 Carmines…we will see you again :)
