Robin is a contemporary Japanese restaurant in Menlo Park focused on providing a sustainable omakase experience. Chef/owner Adam Tortosa (1760, LA's Ink) worked in LA under master sushi chef Katsuya Uechi, but here he's putting his own spin on the fish he prepares.
