As we were a bit early our table wasn’t yet ready but a chair was provided for me as I’m disabled and couldn’t stand for long. When we were seated at our table the serving staff were very attentive and explained how we could get our carvery. The meal itself was delicious with three different meats and a lovely choice of hot vegetables. The staff were extremely polite and attentive. Our only disappointment was that, while the staff were as efficient as always, there was no warmth or smiles when we arrived or when we were served.
