Everything was made fresh and tasted wonderful. A couple had the cabbage entree, but the rest of us were more enticed by the smaller plates. The puff pastry tomato soup was lovely! The space and ambiance is warm yet epic, the entire staff seems to be operating on another level from other fine dining restaurants in Portland; they're engaged, friendly, warm, and yet professional and perfectionistic in the best possible ways. The food, all of it, was super-fresh and really special. Might have something to do with them having their own chef's garden right across the street.
