Dine at the most breathtaking oceanfront setting in Kapalua Resort. Peter Merriman Chef/Restauranteur has brought his unique style of Hawaii Regional Cuisine to Maui. A pioneer in the “Farm to Table” concept, Peter serves only the freshest products, at least 90% of which are locally grown or caught, using only sustainable methods.Reservations are released 60 days prior at 6am HST. This includes all holidays. Although we cannot accommodate parties larger than 8 people or split reservations in our main dining room, we do have other options available. Please email reservations@merrimanshawaii.com for groups larger than 8 people.For a more casual dining experience, join us at The Point, our oceanside dining location offering a casual menu. Ulu Kitchen by Merriman is an ocean front restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner service featuring local ingredients and recipes created by chef Peter Merriman. We have indoor and outdoor dining options, with a full bar, and the most prime dining views in all of Ka'anapali. We encourage walk ins and do not open all tables to reservations.Parking for Longhi's Kaanapali is free of charge in the Marriott Maui Ocean Club's Lahaina Parking Garage. The Garage is located on the south end of the Marriott, near the Hyatt. Make a right turn into the garage and drive to the gate, it will open. Park and take the elevator to ground level. Longhi's is to your right just over a small bridge. Longhi's has been family owned and operated for over Forty Seven years in Hawaii. Longhi's has two locations, each offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner.Longhi's offers an ala carte menu, featuring Italian cuisine, withspeciality products including organic meats, fresh Hawaiian seafood and produce. Longhi's has it's own in-house bakery where all of it's desserts, breads and pastries are created.Longhi's is a beautiful place to dine, with celebrities, vacationers and locals returning again and again for the restaurant's delicious meals, romantic times, and magical energy.

    Our night started with the thoughtful valet, reminding me about my sunglasses as we were about to experience the beautiful sunset from the property. The side yard gives you great views of Kapalua Bay Beach and Moloka’i. The gentleman hosting was very thoughtful and remembered our reservation like it was his only one this evening. We were seated a side area table and treated to the wonderful sunset and sweeping views of Kapalua. The service was impeccable, with staff coming around to refill water glasses and checking on us. There was no feeling of being rushed which reminded us of dining from a time gone by. Our meals were delicious, with the Poke being created at our table. The Taro Humus was creamy and a table favorite. Our main course were equally well prepared and tasty. Overall, we found this dinner out to be the highlight of our dinner experience while on Maui. A truly spectacular dinner but an even more impressive staff. A special thank you to Miss M for taking care of us during our visit. Well done all!

    A lovely view, delicious dinner and attentive waiter. We both chose a different fresh fish selection that we enjoyed. I like my fish on the rare side so it was a little more done than I like but I had not mentioned my preference when ordering. We shared the Hula Pie dessert which was yummy!

    The hula Grill was a beautiful tropical setting for dinner and we thoroughly enjoyed the view and the food was excellent. Service was friendly and prompt. We enjoyed the free hula pie, since we were staying at the Westin. We then wandered over to the bar and enjoyed the rest of the sunset there. Highly recommend. !

    This is our 4th time eating breakfast at Dukes. The Ali'i Bloody Mary was great, and my Kama'eina omelet with Portuguese sausage, and more was delicious. My wife enjoyed her macadamia nut pancakes. The view of the ocean was great, and our server was attentive but not overbearing.
