Blue Crab Grill in Newark, Delaware is known for offering a giant menu filled with seafood options. Though much of it is seasonal, you can always count on some items at Blue Crab Grill. For example, there is the steak and cake. You get a grilled beef tenderloin and jumbo lump crab cakes. Another standby at Blue Crab Grill is the surf and turf.     A great experience! Thank you for making our evening amazing! We are from out of town, and this was our first time at La Verona. All of the reviews I read were spot on. The staff, especially Lalo, were warm and sincere and made us feel welcome and at home. The meals were spectacular! We started with Calamari, Grilled Octopus and Frogs legs all fresh and delectable. The homemade pasta in our entrees is King. I had the special; seafood over noodles made with local mushrooms. Just perfect. I tried some of my daughter's dish of Gnocchi and I now know what I will be ordering when we return. It's cool when you find a place like La Verona to recommend to friends and family when visiting the Kennett Square area.

    I was here with a business client and this was a great place to eat a business lunch. Two of the three of us had the special, which was rigatoni and chicken in a marsala sauce. It was very tasty.

    First time dining here. Holiday decor was wonderful, as was our very knowledgeable and efficient waiter. Ordered appetizers and entrees, with his feedback on our choices. House wine was very good and a nice surprise, since we did not realize the restaurant was byob. Everything was delicious, fresh and served hot - even the soup! Dessert was also great. Only criticism is that the special entree - a fish selection - was overpriced. We will definitely be back. This was a wonder find in the lovely regentrified town of Kennett Square, PA.

    We were there to celebrate the holidays with our company and the staff was delightful, friendly, and efficient. Our server was excellent and the ambiance was perfect for the occasion. We were the last ones to leave!

    We were welcomed the minute we came in the door. Everyone was friendly and accommodated my request for a table change ( I wanted near the front). Our waiter was attentive. The chef’s specials were delicious. I had scallops and a squash risotto. My husband had fresh seafood and vegetable pasta. Both portions were generous. The wine selections were excellent. We will definitely go back again.
