Le Saotico offers a tasty and french cuisine.     The food and service was impeccable. To start, we had the herring and escargot, both of which were incredible. The herring was not what I expected, but it proved all doubt wrong as it was delectable. The escargot was more tender than what I’ve had before. For our mains, my friend, probably had the most tender and delicious feel that was crispy on the outside. I had a superb beef tartare which exceeded my expectations. My waiter Antoine was knowledgeable and lively and gave excellent wine suggestions.

    Went for a dinner reservation in November, and we requested to sit on the terrace, but they do not serve dinner outdoors at that time (drinks only). Despite that, the service was great and the food was delicious. It's a more fine dining experience, so food presentation and service was elevated. Do note that they don't serve tap water - but do have unlimited still or sparkling water for 5 Euros per person.

    This was our second time dining at Trace’. The food was amazing as was the presentation. The service was outstanding and friendly. We did the wine pair with our food and it was perfectly paired for each course.
