Spotos Fish & Oyster in Palm Beach Gardens is as authentic as you can get. With fresh-shucked cold-water oysters that come from Long Island and Cape Cod along with a full menu of seafood delights, there is no reason to go anywhere else in search of a premier oyster bar. Patrons can dine inside or outside, weather permitting, for lunch or dinner.The main event at Spotos Fish & Oyster is, of course, the oysters on the half shell; menu doesn't disappoint. Enjoy Bluepoint from Long Island, Wellfleet from Cape Cod and a daily featured oyster the chef has selected. Littleneck and Cherrystone clams from Cape Cod are also on the menu. Both oysters and clams are offered raw as well as in many dishes.

    Beautiful experience. Took myself on a solo-date for Christmas Eve, and was able to enjoy a the freshest and finest sushi I’ve ever tasted. The atmosphere was cozy and intimate, and replicated that of a speakeasy. My sushi chefs were top tier, as their laughter, professionalism and warmth filled my heart. I was seated with four other couples, and continued my dining experience as everyone left and finish. I was able to have a private dining experience towards the end when it was just me and sushi chefs. My bartender also offered a non-alcoholic drink when I told her I don’t drink. It ended up being a lychee “martini” and it was excellent! Thank you guys ❤️❤️

    Was able to find a table at Cooper’s Hawk on Christmas Eve after an incredibly disappointing experience walking out of Carmine’s. We were pleased to find that everything at Coopers Hawk was wonderful. The lettuce wrap and calamari appetizers were great, and all of the dinners, ranging from spaghetti and meatballs to grouper to surf and turf, were excellent.  The staff seemed harried (it was an extremely busy evening), but were helpful, polite and professional. A wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

    Classic dinning. Not stuffy or pretentious but instead more similar to being a dinner guest in a friend's home. Food is always great. Been eating here for 30 yrs although an older standblishennt, it is not dated in decor or ambiance or menu offerings, service has always been friendly professional.
