Set in the picturesque village of Abbots Ripton with access to beautiful walks on the local estate, The Elm has everything you want from your perfect countryside pub; A glorious garden, a roaring fire, comfortable rooms, delicious food and a wide selection of drinks.The Grade II-listed building was built, as an open hall, in the late 15th Century to offer hospitality to the drovers bringing cattle down from Scotland (along the Bullock Road) to the market at St.Ives. LOUD, VIBRANT, DELICIOUS...Situated on Wheeler Street in the centre of Cambridge, Pho is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant that specialise in pho noodle soup, the national dish of Vietnam. Aside from pho, you can also expect to find amazing starters, healthy salads, hearty rice bowls and decadent curries. They have a range of freshly made juices and also Vietnamese beers and a large wine and cocktail list. Pho’s menu is 40% vegan and nearly entirely gluten-free too.     Sticks'n'Sushi in Cambridge is, by far, the best sushi place to enjoy some Gyozas, edamames, sashimi, nigiris....everything about sushi! The place is decorated in a very fancy way but it feels welcoming as soon as you enter its doors, and the food is yummy! Delicious Gyozas, scallops...everything in their menu is worth it giving it a go! Friendly staff as well that is on top of your drinks, even when they are busy. This is my go-to-place when I do fancy eating sushi.

    We had a table booked for 1.30pm on Christmas Day. We arrived on time, and a very nice, young lady gave us a glass of champagne. We were shown to our table, and the waiter came to see if we would like wine, or anything else to drink. Then shortly after we had a chefs taster followed by perfectly served starters, mains, and desserts. The time between each course, was just right. We had a lovely small gift on the table, a very nice thoughtful touch.! We thoroughly enjoyed enjoyed our time at the George, the staff were lovely, and the meal and service, first class. We would most definitely recommend the George for an outstanding meal , and a great time.
