With Echo & Rig Chef Sam Marvin has introduced a pioneering new concept transforming the long-held theories behind the steakhouse formula. Echo & Rig is hands down my favorite steakhouse in Sacramento! The vibe is always great, and the customer service is top-notch. Eric and Aaron took such good care of us; super friendly and on point. We honestly keep coming back just for those portobello fries… they’re unreal! Always a great time here.

A fantastic restaurant with wonderful staff. It was great to see Four Pillars Gin at the bar. The bar tender was an artisan. Our server, Gibson was attentive and thorough. The food certainly met our expectations. I would highly recommend a visit.
