We all had the delicious venison and they were happy to make a tiny adjustment with no fuss at all to make it gluten free for my daughter. Lovely puddings too. Quickly our drinks order was taken and we were told that we would be told when to go up to the carvery. We were not in any hurry and waited about 5-10 minutes which was fine.
