Chef de Cuisine Jason Moltz's seasonal menus feature hand-crafted dishes that infuse fresh, local ingredients with modern world flavors. Hemisphere also features an incredible wine selection and cuvées. We are located on the ninth floor of the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport with convenient access to downtown Orlando, the Interstate 4 business and tourism corridor, as well as the neighboring Lake Nona community. A great place to dine or relax before/after your flight or with complimentary valet parking, it's an unexpected but excellent option for Orlando & Lake Nona area residents!

Come dine with Michelin Guide awarded Chef Guillaume Robin at the Fabulous Wave Hotel. Influenced by the many flavors of Central and South America, and centered around a dramatic open theater kitchen, BACÁN is elevated yet approachable, innovative, and just a little bit unexpected.To ensure the most sophisticated experience, we politely request all guests be respectful in their choice of attire while adhering to the following guidelines. For gentlemen we consider tank tops, sleeveless shirts, ripped jeans and flip flops too casual for our restaurant. Ladies are encouraged to wear dresses and skirts, casual dress pants, or jeans (no rips) with a stylish top. All guests should refrain from wearing ball caps, team athletic wear or clothing with offensive language.     Reception was welcoming and host sat us quickly. Wait service by Kendra was great. She was cordial and made us feel very comfortable. Food entre were very tasty...Branzino and Red Snapper. Chef also had us taste/sip a special soup. That was warm and great for a cold night. Overall great Christmas eve dinner following church service.

    I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pisco Gastrobar, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! The food was absolutely fantastic—each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. From the appetizers to the desserts, every bite was a delight! I also want to give a special shoutout to our server, Jhoa. She knew about our 10-year anniversary and made our visit even more special by surprising us with a delicious salted caramel cheesecake! Jhoa was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely friendly, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our meal. I highly recommend Pisco Gastrobar to anyone looking for great food and excellent service. Can't wait to come back for another unforgettable dining experience!

    Excellent as always… great views, superior service, broad wine selection, and the lamb chops were amazing! If you are staying at the Hyatt at the airport it is very convenient and highly recommended, we look forward to Hemispheres every time we come to Orlando.
