Restaurant Balthasar serves an eclectic mix of dishes made from fresh ingredients. Owner and chef Elmar Simons creates seasonal menus that change based on the local quality ingredients that are available. During the spring, guests can experience Variation of Alaska Wild Salmon, Pot au Feu of Asparagus Delbrücker and Driburger Maibockrücken. Those looking for an elegant dish at Balthasar will appreciate the perigord truffle essence, while the Forest Pigs Belly is always a favorite. Make sure to save room for dessert dishes like the blueberries and mascarpone and the Balthasar rhubarb cake for a complete meal experience.

Purino serves delectable Italian cuisine based on traditional recipes, using the freshest and highest-quality produce in its charming eatery. For starters, try Purino's fresh stone-baked bread served with savory garlic dip and smoked extra virgin olive oil. House specialties include the handmade pasta entrees, such as the salmon with lemon in chardonnay sauce, the ravioli stuffed with goat cheese, figs and roasted red peppers and the strisce di manzo, with cubed beef, fried zucchini and scallions. Primo also serves a delectable array of pizzas, such as the amore, with prosciutto and arugula, as well as many options for vegans.
