Dining at La Grande Boucherie in New York was nothing short of a magical experience, made all the more memorable by the exceptional service provided by our waiter, Maria. From the moment we were seated, Maria brought an extraordinary blend of professionalism, warmth, and genuine charm to the table. Her attentiveness was impeccable, ensuring every detail of our evening was seamless, yet she carried it all with such an effortless grace that made us feel completely at ease. Maria's vibrant personality added a personal touch to the evening, making it feel less like a dinner and more like a celebration. She had the rare ability to anticipate our needs without being intrusive and engaged us with her infectious energy and lovely demeanor. Mary C was stellar with her service, interaction, and expertise making our afternoon tea experience at The Palm Court more memorable than we could have expected. She was quick to greet us when we sat down and was patient with us when taking our time to decide which tea service to choose. (We chose the Traditional). Yes, there were lots of people during the holiday season, but Mary C was patient and kind, taking time to explain all the yummy things to eat. She even boxed up the extra treats we could not finish. Well worth the time and expense for an invaluable afternoon with Mary C. She is as much an asset as Eloise and we hope the Plaza hangs a portrait of her on their wall as well.

Great flavor. Real watermelon juice margarita. Steak portion for fajitas was small.
