Inspired by top restaurants in Peru and designed by Celano Design Studio, Pisco y Nazca’s atmosphere is casual, trendy and fun with a touch of subtle sophistication. At the helm is Chef Richard Bernaola, whose experience and passion for Peruvian cuisine together with an extensive amalgam of ingredients and recipes from various influences brings an exceptional diversity of dishes to the Pisco y Nazca table.

    It was my first time visiting Platea (Pinecrest, FL) and we had a great experience. Our server Adan was friendly and professional. I ordered the 32 oz Tomahawk Rib Eye, which had a different taste than your typical rib eye. The seasoning used is Peruvian-inspired and was tasty. I shared it with my wife because it was a good-sized portion. We also liked the truffle fries. They were light and crispy with that unmistakable truffle taste. For dessert, we had the chocolate ganache cake which was ok but we liked "The Garden" which is a cheese cake-inspired dessert. Its creamy and not too sweet and surprisingly they add micro greens (arugula) which gives it an even better taste. I highly recommend this place. John 3:16

    Great food: tasty and varied. Good service (I would appreciate a bit faster, but polite and professional). Great music. The live band was amazing. We celebrated my mother’s birthday and they made her feel important and cherished.
