Our starters included tempura shrimp with a Meyer lemon coulis garnished with toasted coconut. We ordered Caesar salads and what we loved about our salads was the pangrattato in lieu of a crouton. The dressing is well balanced making the salad really flavorful. My main was the short rib, fall off the bone glazed with a dry garlic spare rib sauce that caramelized beautifully. My husband had the salmon, a center cut, topped with a pesto crust, lemon beurre Blanc, rice pilaf and broccolini. The final entree was the filet mignon, cooked as ordered, tender with red wine demi glace accompanied by flavorful pave potato. All dishes were exceptional. We are so grateful to have talented chef's such as these in our city who create and deliver in a manner that is extraordinary.
