The octopus appetizer was great. We also had the she crab soup, the mushroom side, the hushpuppy side. The entrees were the scallops dish and the flounder dish. Overall great. The wait time between dishes seemed very long. Not a place to go if you are on a tight schedule for event after dinner. Suggestion may be to order everything early on and let them glow it. Our server was Rueben, and he was very informative on meals, appetizers and specials etc. He did a great job explaining tastes, food pairings. The food was phenomenal! Tastes and portions were perfect. We couldn’t have asked for better care and service for the entire meal. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. It was like a family member who wanted to share their food with you. We weren’t rushed and enjoyed just sitting and chatting with ourselves and the staff. They treated everyone like a VIP. Food... french onion soup is amazing - the bread and butter - so so good. the new "Lasagna" dish was so decadent with black shaved truffle on top that they shaved tableside.
