Since then, Cuerovaca has specialized in grilling the finest steaks, coming from our Patagonia, the volcanic South of Chile and the United States.Our experience is based mainly on beef from Angus and Wagyu breeds (a breed of Japanese origin, considered the best meat in the world). We sat on the terrace and it was a great atmosphere. Our waitress Gabriella spoke impeccable English and was very helpful. The food was some of the best Italian I’ve had in years.
