Steakhouse founded in 2000 by Juan Gabler. Since then, Cuerovaca has specialized in grilling the finest steaks, coming from our Patagonia, the volcanic South of Chile and the United States.Our experience is based mainly on beef from Angus and Wagyu breeds (a breed of Japanese origin, considered the best meat in the world). Una velada excepcional. Desde que entras la atención es destacable, anfitriona atenta a la reserva que te da las opciones claras. Servicio de garzones atentos y capcitados quienes se dan el tiempo de explicar la esencia del restaurant y recomendaciones tanto de platos como de coctelería, demostrando un conocimiento claro de la carta, ademas durante toda la cena se encontraron atentos a nuestras necesidades. Tiempo de espera excelente: montaje de mesa inmediato, bebestibles no mas de 5 minutos, entrante de cortesía inmediato desde la solicitud de platos y platos de fondo menos de 15 minutos. La cocina excelente, cumplió expectativas. Porciones correctas. Sabores excepcionales que no se encuentran en cualquier lado. En conclusión una excelente experiencia, un respiro de alivio frente a un mundo gastronómico lleno de inmediatez y des prolijidad. Y si bien una buena experiencia no es suficiente para generalizar, deposito mi confianza en shi-nuá de que el que vaya vivirá el mismo buen rato que yo. Volveremos.
