In Italian, the word, Secondo means “the second part of a duet.” When we opened Panico’s Bistro, we knew we wanted to eventually add some harmony to our original melody and so, Secondo is the continuation of our long-standing tradition to serve classic Italian cuisine in concert with Mediterranean influences right here in Cape May County. Nested beautifully on the bay, enjoy dinner and hand-handcrafted cocktails; inside in our sophisticated dining room or outside on our covered patio next to the harbor and water. Reservations recommended. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability. We will do our best to accommodate requests for seating preferences and/or outside dining, but they cannot be guaranteed based on limited outdoor seating. Outdoor dining may have additional wait times. Two bars (seasonal) are available to enjoy cocktails and wine should you arrive early for your reservation.For parties greater than eight or private events, please call 609-600-2115.

Gather at the Blue Pig Tavern, our distinctive restaurant tucked in the corner of Congress Hall. Known for hearty breakfast, lunch and dinner favorites, its name derives from a gambling parlor sited in Congress Hall in the mid-1800s. Earlier still, in the 1700s, Elias Hughes operated a tavern for whalers on this site. It was the first tavern in Cape May.     Celebrating Christmas Day at Sapore was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The restaurant was very busy. We were seated immediately and the staff was extremely friendly and efficient. We ordered from the specials for the day menu. The creamy chicken soup was delicious and the perfect temperature. The salad with cheese and olives was exceptional. I ordered the fish with crab, artichokes and grape tomatoes. My husband ordered the pasta with shrimp and scallops. Both were absolutely delicious and the portions were huge. The cheesecake and tiramisu were exceptional! Our waitress was the best ever! We will definitely return!

    Excellent service and good food are staples at the Blue Pig. The atmosphere is lively yet not too noisy. Great restaurant if you are looking for a unique menu selection that will not break your bank!

    Small intimate dinning room in the Washington pedestrian mall. Professional, friendly & attentive staff. Attractively decorated for the holiday while still maintaining elegance. It is BYOB. The New England Clam Chowder was flavorful with generous amount of clams. Husband had grilled polenta with broccoli rabe & fresh shaved Pecorino Romano cheese “like Mom used to make.” I couldn’t finish my seafood risotto. So generous was the portion of local shrimp, scallops & clams though I tried ! Husband had Shrimp & Salmon with mash potatoes in chili sauce. Delicious. Try the Pumpkin cheesecake & you’ll think it’s Thanksgiving again. Highly reccomended

    Another perfect meal at Washington Inn. Celebrated a birthday with my parents here from out of state. Mushroom soup was very flavorful and both the sea bass and short rib were excellent. Presented beautifully too. The short rib was the best I have had anywhere. Jenny our server was very attentive and really knew the menu and also made us aware of the sommelier on staff. We were not doing wines tonight but good to know as we will continue to go here. Decorated beautifully for the holidays too!

    Our server Augustina was phenomenal. She described the menu and specials in an inspiring way. The portions were large and worth the price. We will definitely be back.
