From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make the day special. The food was incredible - and a lot of it! And the service was friendly and flawless. Dined at dusk as the sun went down in exchange for the luminescent festive season lights filling the restaurants pandemic panoramic windows. Will return to try more dishes yet ensuring to allow a couple hours for service. The bluefin tuna crudo up there with likes of high calibre sashimi, secondis were belissimo and the chocolate mousse - to die for, simply amazing. Service was, well - seated at just before 7pm (for a 6:30pm booking - which was fine as an opportunity to enjoy a drink on the balcony overlooking the entire Bondi shoreline) yet didn't finish it dining experience till 10pm. Wait staff, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable but not an ideal place if you're after a quick in and out. We aren’t the biggest fans of Asian food either, but with Neil Perry at the helm it was worth trying…and we aren’t so grateful we did.
