We were well guided through the menu by our waiter ( I believe his name was Dan ?) , who led us to flavours we would not normally pursue. The waiting staff although young were very attentive and helpful, the food was lovely (standard price for a restaurant meal) and they had a big wood jet going which was just wonderful in the Tasmanian winter.
