價格：昂貴•現代英式料理•4(902)Welcome to The Warren Restaurant, an extension of The Crowborough Estate, holding stock of Sussex Cattle, Boer Goats, Fallow deer, and Wild boar amongst others which the restaurant draws on for its menu. We are a Dog Friendly restaurant.
Given the provenance, the kitchen predominantly cooks British food, occasionally dipping into other cuisines to provide a vehicle for flavours – nettle gnocchi for example, or poached oyster with wild boar chorizo.
WE wanted a unique fun and informal restaurant, to offer their Crowborough Estate’s produce from. When the site of the renowned Signor Franco’s became available, with those iconic arched windows of its orangery and glorious terrace overlooking the Spa town, the stage was set.

The staff are always polite and helpful and look after us really well. Our grandchildren love it there, kids meals are very generous and good quality too. Each dish was unique and delicious - carefully crafted and creative food combinations. We had 2 courses from the set menu and the Warren cleverly manages to combine wonderfully tasting food with decent and just right portions! The service was outstanding - attentive without being effusive. In fact the atmosphere felt relaxed and friendly. The owners are so friendly and accommodating, the food is prepared to order, it is so good! Best Italian food outside of Italy I have ever had.
