Silo London
價格：十分昂貴•現代歐式菜•4.8(127)The worlds first Zero Waste restaurant, Silo's menu is an expression of natural farming and closed loop cooking, demonstrating quality within sustainability.
Situated in Hackney Wick overlooking the River Lea, the restaurant features an open and spacious, relaxed dining room, counter seating around the kitchen and hearth, as well as a private dining room.

Luckily for London, he left his homeland as a young man and set up Buen Ayre in the heart of trendy Hackney. The headline act is the steaks, served in a range of cuts with a simple garnish. Expect warm service, fine Argentine wines and the best steak you’ll taste in the capital.

All day English breakfast, fry ups etc. In the evening we are an Italian Trattoria (casual restaurant, serving simple, regional traditional dishes in a casual, family-run setting) Known for our great value, fresh handmade pasta as well as wonderful wines & simple cocktails.
We welcome walk-ins throughout the day and no need to book for breakfast, but you can secure a booking for Lunch from 11.30 to 14.00 and we take bookings for our evening menu from 5.30 to 21.45 Thursday to Saturday.
On Sunday we have our all day breakfast and weekend lunch menu until 3pm. We also have our Wine Bar a few doors down, if you would like to visit pre dinner or while waiting for a table.
We do not take reservations for Breakfast. Please feel free to walk-in!!

You can see every dish being made to order in our open plan kitchen- no soggy microwaved frozen meals here! We take great care in sourcing our produce direct from the best suppliers both locally and abroad. Our menu is a mix of classic crowd pleasers and regularly changing seasonal dishes, which means you'll always find something to tempt your taste buds (even if you're in every day!).
We are a pub, not a cocktail bar and while we make a blinding Bloody Mary, and will happily mix you an Aperol Spritz or Negroni, we don't do Pina Coladas. That said, we are extremely proud of our wide range of spirits from around the globe, which (where possible) we offer at affordable prices. The wine list has been chosen to provide a simple but high quality selection that goes as well with our food as it does with some good company.The Hemingway
