All round this was one of my favourite restaurant experiences I've ever had, the team are bubbly and kind. In most three star restaurants it's very serious and doesn't seem like you can have fun, where as in the Ledbury the staff where making jokes with us and really engaging in genuine hospitality while still making there was 10/10 service going on through out the whole room. We ordered small plates to share for 3 people - the lamb liver skewer, hummus, saganaki and cassoulet were all really tasty and the flatbread, rice and beetroot salad worked well as sides. From the moment we stepped it, we felt the warmth of their hospitality, mixed with gorgeous architecture. During brunch time, they offer a luxurious selection of food, meticulously prepared on the spot. The location is huge, artistic, and versatile.
