Matthew made some excellent suggestions for dinner and mocktails that were very appetizing. Chef Nick - we thank you for assisting us upon arrival and showing us the Steak Knifes and making suggestion for the tour. Husband and I enjoyed every dish from the warm focaccia bread and olive oil, to the grilled morels and octopus apps, to the bucatini and squid ink pastas … the dinners were truly exquisite (scallops and lamb shank) dessert lemon olive oil cake was marvelous!
