Benno at Hotel San Cristóbal
The Hotel San Cristóbal's Restaurant offers a fusion of classic Mexican cuisine with a Mediterranean,
inspired by the diversity and culinary abundance of Baja California. By exploring All Saints and
surrounding communities, you can see fishermen arriving at the beach in their pangas with their daily
fishing, smelling fragrant basil in the night air, and observing whole truckloads of strawberries, herbs, and
green beans from fields not far from the beach . The menu will focus on this incredible local abundance,
variations of traditional Mexican dishes, and other fresh and simply prepared foods.
The wine programme will focus on winemakers who cultivate sustainably, with emphasis on organic and
biodynamic wines. The selection will cover Western Europe and the United States and include some of
Mexico's exceptional wines. The cocktail menu will include artisanal mezcals, tequilas and classic
cocktails from warm climates
